If you are a New Player (ie you have never played Bladelands before), you can get a Standard ticket to your first event for half price. This discount is available in advance only, so will NOT be available on Last Minute tickets. This discount is also NOT available on Play Only tickets or in conjunction with the Bulk Buy Discount scheme.
Site Information
All events in 2012 are running at the Wyldwood site at Huntley Wood in Staffordshire. Accommodation will be camping with indoor flushing toilet and hot shower facilities [EDIT - due to unforseen delays, these facilities may not be available at the first events, and will be substituted for portaloos or similar where necessary]. Food may be provided for Crew for a small fee - details of this will be available nearer the time. Players are expected to provide their own food. In Character camping and cooking is strongly encouraged.
Online Booking
To book onto a Bladelands event, just choose the type of ticket you would like from the options below and add it to your shopping cart. To book multiple tickets to the same or different events, simply retun to this page using your browser's "back" button and add additional tickets to your cart (please make sure you enter the correct player name and other info each time!). When you're done, check out using PayPal - it doesn't matter if you don't have a PayPal account, you can enter your credit or debit card details on the PayPal page instead.
Ticket prices depend on when you book, so book early to get the best deals! And don't forget to check out our special offers, at the bottom of the page....

Bulk Buy Discount TicketsIf all four summer events are booked up front in advance, the total cost will be £200 for Standard tickets (£280 for Play Only tickets). Payments can be spread into 4 installments of £50 each (£70 for Play Only), which must be paid by the following dates: 10 February, 10 March, 10 April, 10 May. Volume 3, Chapter 8 Ticket Types
Standard - A "Standard" ticket entitles you to play the majority of each game, but you will be required to assist the refs by monstering or otherwise helping out for part of the event - usually approximately 1/3 of the time, although it may be less.
Play Only - For a £20 surcharge you can book a "Play Only" tickets which entitles you to enjoy your game without having to assist the refs at any point. The extra money goes towards subsidising additional crew places on the event.
Crew Tickets - If you want to crew the entire event you can do so for free, and although you can just turn up on the door we would still very much appreciate it if you contact us to let us know you're coming! Food may be provided for crew at a small cost - details will be provided nearer the time.
Ticket Transfers & Refunds Policy
All tickets are transferable from one player to another free of charge, provided written notice of the change of player name is given by the date of the end of the Early Bird booking time for the event in question, provided the player the ticket is being transferred to is eligible for the relevent ticket type (ie New Player tickets may only be transferred to other New Players). Ticket transfers between players later than this may not be possible, depending on the circumstances, and are at the discretion of the Refs. Where a late transfer is possible, a £10 administration fee will be charged.
Tickets for individual events may only be transferred to a different event before the end of the Early Bird booking time for the event for which the ticket was originally booked, and there will be a £10 administration fee made for the transfer. Where the price of the event the ticket is transferred to is higher than the cost of the event the ticket is being transferred from, and additional money must be paid at the time of the transfer. Where the price of the event the ticket is transferred from is higher than the cost of the event the ticket is being transferred to, adidtional money will be refunded as per the refund policies below.
Refunds of Winter Discount tickets requested before 10 February will be made at 100% of the price paid minus a £10 administration fee. Refunds of Winter Discount tickets requested after 10 February will be made at 50% of the price paid minus a £10 administration fee.
Refunds of Early Bird tickets requested before the end of the Early Bird booking time for that event will be made at 100% of the price paid minus a £10 administration fee. Refunds of Early Bird tickets requested after the price increase will be made at 50% of the price paid minus a £10 administration fee.
Refunds of Last Minute tickets requested before the event will be made at 50% of the price paid minus a £10 administration fee.
Refunds WILL NOT be made of ANY money paid under the Bulk Buy Discount scheme. Bulk Buy tickets are not eligible for refunds, although tickets may be transferred to other player as normal. Any player who makes some but not all of the Bulk Buy payments will have the money paid held on account and may use it to pay for events at the normal prices. Any money paid as part payment of this scheme but not redeemed for tickets during 2012 will be forfeited and not carried over to future years.
No refunds will be made on tickets after the event has started.
